First and foremost, you already know what time it is. It’s retention
time. It’s masculinity time. It’s talking time itself help time today I got a question.
Question is retention and wet dreams. Now I haven’t had this happen to me yet. And I
think I know good reason as to why it hasn’t happened to me. And I’m going to go through
this step by step as to how you can probably make it not happen and how you can make sure
that in the future if it does happen, you’re not hard on yourself and you don’t consider
this some big relapse. Oh my god, I broke my streak kind of thing. Okay, y’all need
to calm down. I get your attention. But like you got to live to like so. Breathe.
You’re fine. Like you splurge your pants in your sleep. You’ll get over it. So let’s work
through this. The other day. I was watching a YouTuber out
Alex Becker. I don’t know if you all watch Alex Becker. I love Alex Becker. He talked
about this statement on addiction and dopamine release. And how, you know, if a if a person
does heroin or if a person does drugs The thing is, is that even though they shoot this
up, and it’s totally destroying them from the inside out, they’re still getting this
rush of dopamine, this rush of excitement, this rush of Oh my god, yes, I have to keep
doing this and the dopamine trail is so powerful that your body will follow it no matter what.
Okay, so the thing is, is that the body really, really hates delayed gratification, the body
hates any sort of delayed gratification now, Alex is a multi multi millionaire. And Alex
has struggled with video game addiction, World of Warcraft or the Witcher, you know, I don’t
play any video games. I don’t even know what those are, but this is directly out of his
mouth. What he is saying is that even though he’s a multi millionaire, and he’s running
these companies with all of these, you know, employees and managers and everything like
that, if he gets into attract on the computer, What happens is that as he plays his video
games, he gets more and more addicted because as he levels up his ranking in these games,
it gives him a false reality. It gives him a false dopamine hit, it gives him a false
perception of what is real and what is fake. By the way, how flies his Nike hoodie.
He keeps, keeps playing, keeps flying keeps pushing the company to the side, even though
the company’s doing well. And deep down he has that internal desire to grow the company
he keeps pushing it away because it’s delayed gratification. It’s something he won’t see
success for within a month within two months, maybe within a year. That’s how far out he
has to push it. That’s why he keeps delaying it. And where the Witcher or World of Warcraft
he can level up within a day. That gives him that spike that Oh yes, I did it like on the
man I got I got my level up, you know, whatever the case may be, he gets that dopamine hit.
The reason why a lot of you guys are having trouble with wet dreams is that you’re still
connecting that dopamine and that sense of masculine
positivity or aggression or like congruence, you’re still connecting it. With the porn,
you’re still connecting it with masturbation, you’re still connecting it with fake sexual
energy. So the thing is, is that you’re laying there in bed. And the thing is, is you’re
probably having a dream about some sort of sexual fantasy, you’re probably having a dream
about some sort of like woman that you want to see or something like that. And what happens
is that your body will release what you were trying to preserve. Now, it’s because that
your brain, if you’re new in this retention journey, your brain still has this cognition,
this cognitive cognitive connection between dopamine and what’s between your legs and
between the sensational pleasure of the release and how it makes you feel. So the thing is,
is that you’re still getting your dopamine release from false sexual pleasure. That’s
why it’s happening. Now the thing is, is that since I don’t do that kind of stuff, since
I’m so focused on my My work right since I’m so focused on youtube
since I’m so focused on my business since I’ve been so focused on building my body,
like I said, I don’t do this to brag. I do this because I’m hardwired fucking weird.
Like I’m really really weird. It takes a weird breed to sit at a computer all day and love
it. I’m weird. You can probably tell through the camera I’m weird. Since my dopamine release
is set up through pursuit of my own satisfaction of pleasures of what I did success feelings
out of what I get dopamine release out of what I get dopamine release out of is making
a bomb ass video. What I get dopamine release out of his, you know, teaching somebody my
program methods in my ways to build a really good body. What I get dopamine release out
of is I get that release from teaching somebody better female dynamic and better self improvement
tips as a man to make sure that the next time that really hot girl enters into their life,
she is automatically looking at you going, boom, I got the diamond, like boom, I got
the prize. I make magic. Better. That’s my passion. The problem is
that most of you guys have no passion. Most you guys have no purpose. Most you guys don’t
have anything that will get you up out of bed in the middle of the night with your heart
pounding out of your chest, because you’re so damn excited to do it. You’re so damn excited
to build it. You see, I have that feeling every single day. And that’s what I’m trying
to teach men how to get that feeling how to have that feeling. Fellas, I couldn’t even
imagine what life would be like if I didn’t have that feeling. I would probably be all
screwed up. I’d be at the bar four nights a week, I’d be smoking. I would be watching
porn. I would be jerking it. I would be sitting there wondering why can I get a girlfriend
or I would be all despite full against women and I would have bad taste in my mouth about
them. And it’s like, I don’t have any of that at all. Like I understand females for what
they are. And I understand how feminized men are becoming I honor like you guys sound so
soft. You sound so soft. I get all these comments. I had a wet
Dream did I ruined my streak? What did I do, bro? If you wake up the next day and the biggest
thing that you’re concerned about, is that you, you cream your pants the night before
by accident. You got some bigger issues as a man to handle. Like, come on now. Did you
break your streak? I don’t know. Like dude, the fact that you’re even YouTube searching
this did you break your streak? Who cares? Do you plan on dying tomorrow? Like restart
the retention journey? What were you on day seven and you came like live another week?
And don’t do it? Like even if you did come Who cares? Like Think of it this way? Dude.
you’re you’re you’re not jerking it. You came by accident. It’s not like it was forced.
It’s not like you actually did it. It was asleep thing. You’re trying to rewire your
brain from probably 1015 2030 years of doing stuff the wrong way and pattern recognition.
If you woke up the next day, and the biggest thing you’re concerned about his shit man.
Oh shit uncle see shit. I broke my streak. Come on, you ain’t got enough going on as
a man, you ain’t focused on your purpose. You sure as hell probably don’t have enough
business stuff going on in your life and you damn sure and focus on your body or your status.
If you’re worried about what’s between your legs that from the night before, like, bro,
Take a chill pill, go get a cup of coffee, realize that you’re not going to die the next
day and keep pressing forward. So how do you control wet dreams, you start trying to connect
your dopamine release to delayed gratification, meaning I’m going to give you specific examples
you can apply to your everyday life, if you bench press 185 pounds, work for the next
four months to learn how to bench press 225 pounds, she it’s delayed gratification. Now
when you hit that 225 pound bench press goal. Now you get that sense of Oh my God, I did
it. Okay, if you guys are into sales and business, instead of getting really really excited when
you hit five grand a month or six grand a month, tell yourself that you’re going to
get really, really excited when you hit 30 grand a month and tell yourself that you have
the potential to make 30 grand a month. That’s what a lot of this is. A lot of this is an
identity shift of the next individual. It’s your current self of shit, and thinking you’re
a badass, and then thinking you’re a badass every day until it becomes like that until
you can execute it. See, now you’re not content. Now you’re not content at your five to six
grand a month. Now you’re telling yourself, hey, I’m good enough to make 30 a month, I’m
going to get the dopamine release when I hit the 30. Okay, so what that might take is that
might take six months, two years, three years, whatever it may be for some of you. But see,
now you’re pushing that dopamine spike away, you’re realizing that you’re connecting it
with work, you’re connecting it with self improvement. The problem with porn or masturbation
is it takes you from A to Z like that. A meaning turn on camera z meaning ejaculation, when
in reality, or excuse me turn on cell phone to ejaculation, when in reality to actually
be with a woman. If you struggle with that. There’s probably a lot of steps in between
A to Z is B, C, D E, F, G h i, j k l o p blah, blah,
blah, blah, blah, blah all the way to Z. And what all those baby steps are is what you’re
missing. You’re missing the self improvement, the gym, the self care, the seduction, the
tonality, the masculine frame, learning how to flirt, learning how to get her comfortable
with you. I don’t like that a lot of guys on this thing. semen retention is the end
all be all. Like, sure that’s great. If you do retain it. I do too. I’m happy for you.
But come on now. If you think that’s all it’s going to take to attract these women if you
think that’s all it’s going to take to be a better man. Like you got another thing common
because here’s the problem is most you guys just can’t execute on anything. And you know
what? you text me in the comments. You all text me this, Hey, I got this great urge of
confidence. I feel much stronger as a man. I feel much more powerful. I feel much more
self secure. And guess what? You don’t do anything with that feeling. You don’t do anything
with it. You don’t start going to the gym. You don’t build your brand. You don’t build
the thing you’ve been talking about before. For the past two years instead you tell me
on a fucking caught you tell me on a keyboard. Like I’m not mad you text me. I’m grateful
for everyone that subscribes and we’ve had literally 500 subscribers within the past
like two three days. But you guys know me by now I’m keeping it real. Most of you guys
have a lot of work to do. And yeah, porn and masturbation is that one small step in the
right direction. But come on. If you’re worried about wet dreams.
Then you don’t know what dedication or sacrifices because what most you guys think is this was
your first goal around something Oh, I had a wet dream. My first time doing retention.
Now I’m screwed. Now I’m screwed. Get I failed? I’m done. It’s like no pick your feet back
up the next day and keep going. It’s just like if you go to the gym, oh, first
time I tried to 25 bench press. I’m done. I’m not strong. I’m weak. It’s like no. Groom
yourself into a weightlifter for the next three years. Hit your list and document everything
with dedication for the next 60 days. See what happens.
You know, build your brand and track your analytics on Google for the next 60 days and
see what happens. You know, start actually putting the steps in place where you can have
measurable success, everything. Everything in life is everything in life is numbers.
When it comes to success, your retention streak is amount of days amount of numbers, right?
Your Business Growth is literally step by step analytics. If you’re doing paid advertising,
you’re looking at your cost per click, your cost per lead, your cost per survey, your
cost per strategy session, your cost per phone call your cost per acquisition, it’s all cost
per something, you try to get those costs down. It’s all numbers. Okay, if you look
at the analytics, you can see where the links broken. If you go to the gym, you can now
see hey, last week we hit tool five on bench press for five by five. This week, we’re going
to try to 10 if we get all to 10. That’s progression for five sets of five. Well guess what? Now
next week, we can do to 15 for five sets of five. Everything is numbers and you will fail.
You will will fail the streak. So that’s where you
got to start to get in the habit of of learning that it’s okay to fail and that you can build
up again. So bros like I do at the end of every single video I plug my shit, why do
I plug my shit because I think my shit is worth plugging. Okay if you haven’t seen my

  4. Aren’t wet dreams unavoidable after awhile no matter how much your anti pleasure / hyper manly thoughts are? Or does your body know when to shut down sperm production. Also if a woman gives you a blow job is that worse than sex since you might not get the hormone benefits since I believe actual sex doesn’t have the same negative effects that beating off has.

  5. Couldn't agree more! Its not a choice to have them, so its not like you've intentionally sabotaged yourself if it happens. Continue to focus on things within your control, spending your time on your realising your goals, and you shouldn't even have time to consider detrimental things.

  6. Wet dreams are perfectly normal if you're practicing semen retention. There's no way to not have them. Having a conversation about ways to NOT have them is like trying to battle against nature itself. Good luck with that battle! I used to worry about them as well until a doctor of chinese medicine explained how perfectly natural they are when you're celibate.

I see wet dreams as "cleaning the pipes" its natural your bodies T levels are high its refreshing and cleaning itself, I have wet dreams and feel refreshed and feel like I've had sex when I wake up (vivid dream). The plumber has come in and cleaned the pipes. My advice is if you release no matter how who gives a fuk as long as your not jizzing every fuking day just go have a good healthy feed pump some weights focus on begin a weapon of a man your not a fuking robot following peoples rule book .. all the best people.
